Sanghmitra Nikumbe offers audio call, video sessions. You choose the format when you book.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Cancel 12–24 hours before for a 50% refund, or 2–12 hours before for 25%. Cancellations under 2 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the therapist cancels, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
What happens in the first session?+
Your first session is a conversation: you'll share what brought you in, Sanghmitra Nikumbe will talk through an approach that fits, and you'll agree on next steps together. There's no pressure to commit beyond the session you book.
Is my information private?+
