How physical TheraStore orders are processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered.

After payment

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery window

Standard 5–7 days

Standard delivery in 5–7 business days; express options, where available, in 2–3 business days.

Any shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

By email

You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Order processing & dispatch

From payment to handover

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.
  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders are shipped through reputable third-party logistics partners.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines

Indicative, from the date of dispatch

  • Standard delivery: typically 5–7 business days.
  • Express delivery (where offered): typically 2–3 business days.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary by destination pin code and carrier load.

Shipping charges

Transparent at checkout

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
  • All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes as displayed.
  • You will never be charged a shipping fee that was not shown to you before you confirmed the order.

Tracking & serviceable areas

Where we ship and how to follow your parcel

  • When your order ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking link.
  • We currently ship within India; some remote pin codes may be non-serviceable.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid failed delivery.

Delays, damaged, or undelivered orders

If something goes wrong

  • Deliveries may be delayed by weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control; we will help you follow up with the carrier.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly.
  • Eligibility for replacement or refund is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
