What session formats are available?+
Reena Prem offers online sessions. You choose the format when you book.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Cancel 12–24 hours before for a 50% refund, or 2–12 hours before for 25%. Cancellations under 2 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If the therapist cancels, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
What happens in the first session?

Your first session is a conversation: you'll share what brought you in, Reena Prem will talk through an approach that fits, and you'll agree on next steps together. There's no pressure to commit beyond the session you book.
Is my information private?+
Yes. Your sessions and data are private and encrypted, handled under India's DPDP framework. Your therapist only sees what's needed to provide care.
